David’s Story

"I started my career in IT and product roles. Early on, I worked closely with startups and later led teams inside a startup accelerator. This gave me a front row seat to how companies actually try to grow.

Over time, I saw the same issue again and again. Teams were talented. Products were solid. But go to market was scattered. Sales, marketing, and tools were not connected. Growth depended too much on people pushing harder instead of systems working better.

After founding and scaling several tech and growth companies, I learned that momentum only becomes predictable when operations are clear and measurable.

My focus today is building GTM systems that teams can actually run, understand, and improve over time"

Matteo’s Story

"I was born on a small island in Sardinia. It was beautiful, but far away from the business world. No one talked about startups or entrepreneurship. So I left. I traveled to many countries and tried to build different businesses.

Every single one failed. Not because of the product, but because I did not know how to sell in a predictable way. That pattern stayed with me.
I joined Amazon’s B2B business development team to understand how sales works at scale.

Then I worked with agencies and startups as a mentor. Everywhere I went, I saw the same problem. Companies tried to fix growth with people and manual work instead of building real systems.

That is when I shifted my thinking. Instead of asking who to hire, I started asking what to build."

We met through an agency mastermind and quickly realized we were seeing the same problems from different angles.

Companies were hiring SDRs to do repetitive work. Agencies were renting pipeline instead of building infrastructure.

When the people left, the results disappeared.

We built Kinetyca to change that.

We focus on designing GTM systems that connect data, tools, and teams into one clear engine.
