Who is the client?

StryvRevenue is a services business operating in the revenue space, where growth depends on consistently generating qualified conversations.

Their work is relationship-driven, which means outreach cannot be purely high-volume. It must be targeted, credible, and supported by a process that keeps follow-ups organized across channels.

What was the problem?

They wanted to level up from a simpler outbound approach into a modern multichannel system, but they didn’t have the internal bandwidth to architect and operationalize it.

The challenge wasn’t only sending more messages, it was building a structured machine that could run different plays for different opportunities, track outcomes, and help them scale without losing relevance.

The Approach we took:

  • Built two distinct outbound engines instead of one generic funnel: We separated outbound into (1) direct hiring opportunities and (2) partnership-style / larger deal opportunities, so targeting and messaging didn’t compete or become diluted.
  • Created clean, segmented targeting and data workflows: We sourced accounts and contacts through multiple sources and processed everything through Clay for enrichment, cleanup, validation, and segmentation so campaigns started with solid inputs.
  • Executed true multichannel outreach: We used Instantly for email with 30 inboxes across 10 domains, layered in LinkedIn outreach, and added Kixie for cold calling. For additional “pattern interrupts,” we also used formats like handwritten notes, video messages, and voice notes when appropriate.
  • Operationalized reply handling and qualification: We used AI to categorize replies and push qualified positive intent into HubSpot, with SDR tasks and Slack alerts to ensure follow-up stayed fast and consistent. We also documented workflows so the system could be handed off cleanly.
  • Ran weekly experiments and scaled winners: We iterated on audiences, offers, and messaging continuously, then scaled the pathways that produced the strongest conversion and deal flow.

Results:

Over five months, StryvRevenue generated $197k in revenue and reported 5× ROI from the outbound system.
