The $1K Stack That Runs on Claude

We tested this stack all of Q1. Here's what we're running in Q2

We went into Q1 with one question.

What is the minimum stack that lets Claude run the full GTM workflow without manual handoffs between tools, teams, or steps?

We found it. We tested it across real campaigns. And Q2 is where we scale it.

Here is the exact setup and why each component earns its place.

The Stack

Contact Sourcing: Prospeo (Basic)

Prospeo sources verified B2B contacts at $0.01 per email with 98% accuracy and firmographic filters. It is the cleanest entry point into the workflow at the lowest cost we have found. Contact data feeds directly into Clay where Claude AI columns take over, scoring ICP fit and generating personalisation inputs before a human touches anything.

AI Intelligence Layer: Claude (Team)

Claude is the core brain of the entire system. Account research, ICP validation, sequence strategy, campaign diagnostics. The Team plan gives 5 seats with shared context inside Projects, which means every operator on the team is working from the same AI memory. This is what makes it a team tool, not just a personal one.

Data Orchestration: Clay (Launch)

Clay runs enrichment and surfaces live signals from raw contact data. Every enriched row triggers a Claude prompt for scoring, signal detection, and research summaries. This is where AI enrichment actually scales because the output is not just data, it is context Claude can act on downstream.

Outbound Execution: Smartlead (Basic)

Smartlead handles cold email infrastructure. Unlimited mailboxes and built-in warmup at the Basic tier. Claude drafts sequences upstream inside Clay before anything reaches Smartlead. By the time a sequence hits the sending layer it has already been researched, scored, and written by the AI layer above it.

Automation Backbone: n8n (Anthropic Node)

n8n connects the full stack without manual handoffs. Enrich a record, Claude scores it, route it to the right sequence, log it to the CRM. The Anthropic Node means Claude is a native step in the workflow, not a tab you switch to.

GTM Knowledge Layer: Notion (Claude MCP)

Claude writes account research pages, ICP documentation, and campaign playbooks directly into Notion via MCP. Strategy does not live in someone's head or a shared doc that never gets updated. It lives where the team works and Claude keeps it current.

CRM and Pipeline: Attio (Pro)

Attio is the AI-native CRM. Claude searches, creates, and updates deals, contacts, tasks, and notes via native MCP. One-click OAuth at mcp.attio.com. No API keys, no developer time.

Deal Intelligence: Slack (Pro, 5 users)

Claude surfaces pipeline movement inside Slack without another standing call. Deal alerts, thread summaries, async coordination. The team stays informed without being pulled into a meeting to get there.

Total: ~$850-$950/month depending on Clay credits and Claude plan tier.

Why Architecture Is the Whole Game

Most teams use Claude as an enhancement. They open a chat window and ask for help when they need it.

That is not what this stack does.

Every tool in this list triggers Claude automatically. Researching, scoring, writing, logging, and syncing without a human in the loop. Claude is not a feature inside the stack. It is the connective tissue between every step.

That is the difference between Claude-enhanced and Claude-native.

And that difference is what changes output per operator.
