Almost every expensive outbound mistake is a campaign that went live missing one thing: a suppression list, a verified sender, a working unsubscribe.
The unglamorous list, in full, because the item that gets skipped is always one somebody was sure had been done.
Building the campaign and starting it are genuinely separate decisions, and collapsing them removes the last moment anybody looks. Loading as a draft means the whole thing is visible in the tool, exactly as it will run, and somebody can read it before it reaches a single inbox.
This is the step that catches the mistakes the checks cannot: a sequence that reads fine in a document and wrong in a sequencer, a schedule that is technically correct and lands on a public holiday.
Nothing here activates a campaign. Not with a flag, not with a confirmation, not when run unattended. That is the design.
Skills compound. These are the ones we usually install alongside it.
