An email-only list cannot run a LinkedIn track, and a LinkedIn campaign uploaded with missing URLs silently drops those leads. This is the join that makes a list work on both channels.
Common names are common. A search for a name and a company returns candidates, and the first one is frequently a different person with the same name at a different employer. Accepting it produces a campaign that sends connection requests to people who have never heard of you and have no relationship to the account.
So a candidate is only accepted when it actually matches the company on the row. Where it does not, the field stays empty and the lead is reported as unresolved.
Three moments. Before a LinkedIn campaign, so leads are not silently dropped at upload. When enriching a list that arrived email-only. And on account based work, where the contacts inside a target account need to be reachable on both channels.
It resolves and validates URLs. It does not visit profiles, connect, message, or take any action on the network.
Skills compound. These are the ones we usually install alongside it.
