Weekly Performance Brief

The number that matters, and the decision that follows it.

[weekly-analytics]Leave your work email and Claude writes your version of this skill from your domain, against your ICP, your offers and your market. We send it over when it is built.
PERSONALISED INSTANTLY · NO CALL REQUIRED
EXAMPLE RUN
[weekly-analytics]Pulling all campaign data for the last 7 daysCalculating open, reply, bounce and click rates per campaignRanking against the previous period12 campaigns reviewed. 2 to scale, 1 to pause today, 3 need new copy.
THE SHORT VERSION

Dashboards tell you what happened. This tells you what to do about it. The output is written as decisions, so the weekly review is ten minutes rather than an hour of exporting.

YOU GIVE ITNothing. It pulls the last seven days.
YOU GET BACKOpen, reply, bounce and click rates, top and bottom performers, and a clear call on what to pause, fix or scale.

The same metrics every week

Open rate, reply rate, bounce rate and click rate, per campaign, for the last seven days, compared against the previous period. Fixed definitions, so nobody spends the review arguing about what counts as a reply.

Averages are reported but never lead, because an average across twelve campaigns hides both the one worth doubling and the one quietly burning domains.

It ends in decisions, not charts

Every campaign gets exactly one of three recommendations: pause, optimise, or scale. That constraint is the point. A dashboard tells you what happened and leaves the judgement to a meeting; this arrives with the judgement already made and the reasoning attached, so the meeting is a review rather than an analysis session.

What it flags first

Bounce rates climbing, which is a deliverability problem and always outranks reply rate
Campaigns with volume and no replies, which are usually a targeting problem rather than a copy problem
Campaigns with good reply rates and low volume, which are the ones to scale
Anything that changed sharply against last week, in either direction

How teams run it

Monday morning, before the pipeline meeting, delivered into chat rather than as a file. Format matters here: a document gets skimmed once and forgotten, a short briefing in the channel where the team already talks gets read and acted on.

NEXT STEP

Run this one inside
your own team.

We install it trained on your ICP, your offers and your data. One call to work out whether it is the right one to start with.
