10 Claude x n8n Workflows for Modern GTM Teams

The automation layer most GTM teams are missing

Get the next issue by email ↓

Most Claude automations still need someone to open a session and run them.

That works when you are building and testing. It stops working when you are trying to operate at scale across a full GTM motion.

The gap is not the automation itself. The gap is everything around it. What triggers it. When it runs. Which tools it syncs with. Where the output goes after Claude finishes the thinking.

That is the layer n8n fills.

n8n sits underneath Claude and handles the infrastructure it does not cover on its own. It watches your calendar, your inbox, your CRM, your website traffic. It fires the moment something happens, or runs on a schedule, every morning, every Monday, every Sunday night, without anyone initiating it. It pulls the right data from the right tools, passes it to Claude, and routes the output exactly where it needs to go.

Claude handles the reasoning. n8n handles everything else.

We mapped 10 workflows that run on this exact pattern across prospecting, outbound, sales, and content. (breakdown below)

Table of the 10 Claude and n8n workflows for modern GTM teams, with how each works, how it helps and the tools connected: signal-to-sequence, website visitor activation, inbound lead scoring, micro-campaign builder, competitor steal campaign, reply routing, pre-call brief, post-call follow-up, call transcripts to content and competitor intel.

The 10 Workflows

Prospecting and Signals

  1. Signal-to-Sequence Pipeline: n8n runs a daily pull from Apollo and Bombora, passes hiring, funding, and tech stack signals to Claude. Claude scores each account and writes outreach copy referencing the exact signal. High-fit accounts push into sequences without anyone touching a list.
  2. Website Visitor Activation: RB2B identifies a target account on your site. n8n fires immediately, enriches through Clearbit and Apollo, passes the record to Claude. Claude scores it and writes a context note. The account owner gets a Slack alert before they even know the company was on the site.
  3. Inbound Lead Scoring: Form submitted, webhook fires in n8n, enrichment runs, Claude scores against your ICP and routes based on fit. Hot leads to sequences, cold leads to nurture, CRM updated in under 30 seconds.

Outbound and Campaigns

  1. Micro-Campaign Builder: n8n pulls a filtered CRM segment every Monday and passes it to Claude with your brief and past performance data. Claude writes differentiated copy per segment angle. 15 to 25 targeted campaigns pushed to Smartlead or Instantly monthly.
  2. Competitor Steal Campaign: n8n detects a G2 intent signal showing a company evaluating a competitor. Claude enriches the buying committee and writes differentiation messaging referencing that specific competitor. Campaign launches at exactly the right moment.

Sales and Deals

  1. Reply Classification and Routing: New reply hits the inbox, n8n fires, Claude classifies intent and triggers the right action. Warm replies get a booking link in under 5 minutes.
  2. Pre-Call Brief Generator: Meeting booked, n8n fires on the calendar trigger, Claude pulls CRM data and last Gong transcript, generates a one-page brief. Lands in Slack before the call starts.
  3. Post-Call Follow-Up: Gong marks the call complete, n8n fires, Claude reads the transcript and writes a tailored follow-up per stakeholder. Gmail draft ready before the rep closes their laptop.

Content and Intelligence

  1. Call Transcripts to Content: Fireflies processes the transcript, n8n fires, Claude extracts objections and customer language and generates a LinkedIn post draft and newsletter section. Both land in Notion ready to edit.
  2. Competitor Intel Monitor: n8n runs a weekly Firecrawl scrape across competitor pages and fetches last week's snapshot from Notion. Claude diffs the two, identifies what changed, updates the battle card. Your team always has current intel without anyone tracking it.

The Pattern

n8n handles the trigger, the schedule, and the data routing.

Claude handles the reasoning, the writing, and the decision-making.

Your team gets the output.

Nothing runs manually. Nothing requires someone at a terminal.

If you are looking at this and thinking about what your team is still doing manually, that is the gap.

Most GTM teams already have the tools. What is missing is the orchestration layer that makes them talk to each other, so signals flow into outbound, outbound flows into CRM, and CRM flows back into the next campaign.

That is exactly what we help teams build at Kinetyca. Happy to walk you through what this could look like for your stack.
