Every check in this list exists because it failed on a real episode, which is the only good reason for a check to exist.
Why a fixed list
The mistakes that reach publication are not hard ones. A stale share link, a wrong episode number, a clip referencing a section that was cut, audio levels that drift, chatter left at the top. Each one is obvious once you look for it and invisible when you are looking at the episode as a whole.
A fixed list makes looking for them a step rather than an act of vigilance, which is the only version that survives a busy week.
Blockers first
A report that lists twelve observations with the blocker at position seven gets skimmed and published anyway. The verdict is a decision, clear or held, and the blockers come first.
Before the guest sees it too
Sending a guest a link to a cut with a problem in it is worse than publishing one, because they will watch it closely. The gate runs before any external link goes out, not just before publication.
