This is the most senior technical role at Kinetyca. You set the architecture other engineers build against: how a Clay workspace is structured, when logic belongs in n8n instead, how sending infrastructure gets provisioned, and what a system has to look like before we are willing to hand it to a client.
You will still build. This is not a role where you review other people's work and join calls. The difference is that what you build becomes the pattern everyone else follows.
What you will own
The architecture standard across all live engagements, and the decision of when to deviate from it
Technical scoping on new engagements, including what we honestly cannot deliver in the timeline
The internal tooling that makes delivery repeatable, including our own skills and automations
Reviewing and raising the quality of systems built by the rest of the team
Hiring and onboarding future engineers
What we are looking for
You have built outbound or RevOps systems end to end, for more than one company, and operated them afterwards
Deep Clay, plus real comfort in at least one general automation environment and in code when the situation calls for it
You have opinions about deliverability infrastructure and can defend them with something other than a blog post
You have handed a system over to a client team and watched what broke, and you build differently because of it
Comfortable being the person who says a plan will not work
What this is not
Not a pure management role. Roughly half your time is hands on keyboard.
Not a role where you inherit a tidy codebase. Client systems are messy by nature and part of the job is deciding what to standardise and what to leave alone.
Not agency delivery at volume. We run few engagements, deliberately, and go deep on each.
How to applySend your CV or profile and a few lines on what you have built to contact@kinetyca.com, with Head of GTM Engineering in the subject line.
One of the founders reads every message. We do not use a recruiter and there is no application form.
