The Modern GTM Funnel in 2026

Most GTM stacks run 5 motions in silos. We mapped what the connected version looks like.

Hey there,

David here from Kinetyca.

I wanted to share something we've been building and refining across our GTM work over the last 18 months.

A system where Social, Ads, SEO, Outbound, and RevOps don't run in silos. They feed each other. Every motion passes clean outputs to the next one, and Claude sits at the centre processing all of it.

Most teams are already running all five of these channels. They're just not connected.

Here's what the connected version looks like.

Here's how it works.

THE 5 MOTIONS AND HOW THEY CONNECT

1. Social (the signal generator)

Most people treat social as a brand play. We treat it as a lead detection layer.

Claude and ChatGPT research trends and create content. Apify and Sales Navigator capture who's engaging with it. That engagement data becomes warm lead lists that feed directly into Outbound.

Your audience is already signalling intent. The question is whether your system is listening.

2. Ads (the re-entry point)

Ads without CRM data is just spend. We connect HubSpot audiences to retargeting so the people who went cold get pulled back in.

Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads run the campaigns. GA4 and HubSpot track conversions. That conversion data flows back into Clay for scoring.

Every click that doesn't convert re-enters the system through SEO.

3. SEO / GEO (the intent layer)

Organic traffic is underused by most outbound teams.

Claude creates the content that attracts visitors. RB2B and CommonRoom deanonymise who's landing on the site. Clearbit, Apollo, and PDL enrich and score them in Clay. Hot accounts go to sales. Warm ones go to nurture. Cold ones stay in the system until they're ready.

Visitor intent triggers Outbound plays. That's the connection most teams miss.

4. Outbound (the revenue engine)

This is where signals become pipeline.

Claude, Apollo, and ZoomInfo source and research ICP accounts. Bombora, G2, and RB2B detect account-level buying signals. Claude personalises the sequences. Smartlead and HeyReach launch them.

Replies and booked meetings get logged to CRM automatically.

5. RevOps (the system that holds it together)

Clean data is the foundation. ZeroBounce and NeverBounce keep records valid. n8n handles the syncs. Clay and Clearbit enrich and score. Closed-lost accounts, no-shows, and champion moves all trigger reactivation plays automatically.

Attribution gets logged. Sales gets alerted via Slack. Nothing sits in a spreadsheet waiting for someone to notice it.

THE LOOP

Social warm leads feed Outbound. SEO visitor intent triggers Outbound plays. Outbound replies and meetings flow into RevOps. RevOps nurture pools feed Ads retargeting. Ads clicks re-enter through SEO.

Claude processes across all five. HubSpot or Attio holds the record. Every handoff gets logged. Nothing falls through.

That's what connected GTM looks like in 2026.
