Hey there,
What does your GTM playbook look like in 2026?
After months of analysing our GTM strategy from 2025, here’s what we found got most success.
It isn’t about choosing the right channel.
It’s about making sure nothing breaks between systems.
Most teams already run content, inbound, outbound, ABM, and a CRM. The stack looks impressive.
The dashboards look busy. But revenue stalls because the glue is missing.
- Content generates engagement.
- Engagement never triggers outreach.
- Replies sit in inboxes.
- The CRM gets updated days later.
- Closed-lost deals never get touched again.
The leak isn’t at the top of the funnel.
It’s between the steps:
content → intent → outreach → replies → CRM → reactivation.
So we rebuilt our GTM around connected systems that pass clean outputs to the next one. Clay acts as the decision layer. HubSpot or Attio act as the system of record. Slack acts as the alert layer.
Here’s how it works.
1) Content Momentum System
Turns content into warm outbound-ready leads.
We pull relevant topics from competitors and market conversations using n8n, LinkedIn, X, and Clay.
Posts and assets are created using ChatGPT and Figma, planned in Notion, and published on LinkedIn.
Engagement is handled daily through Extrovert and LeadShark.
Profile viewers and engagers are tracked using Apify and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
High-intent contacts are passed directly into outbound via Smartlead and HeyReach.
2) Inbound Flow Orchestration
Turns traffic into qualified meetings.
Visitors are driven through LinkedIn and landing pages.
Behaviour is tracked using RB2B, Common Room, and Google Analytics.
Form fills are captured in HubSpot.
Leads are enriched and scored inside Clay using Clearbit, Apollo, and People Data Labs. AI categorises them using OpenAI or Gemini.
Routing and notifications are handled in HubSpot workflows and Slack. Performance is measured inside HubSpot.
3) ABM Signal Engine
Turns account activity into triggered plays.
Intent signals, website visits, competitor engagement, and newsletter activity are captured via RB2B, Vector, Common Room, Beehiiv, and n8n.
Accounts are pulled into Clay for qualification and enrichment.
Messaging is generated based on the exact signal using OpenAI or Gemini.
Multichannel outreach runs via Smartlead, HeyReach, Instantly, and LinkedIn.
Results and attribution sync back to HubSpot or Attio.
4) AI Outbound Engine
Turns clean ICP data into meetings
Target accounts are defined using Gemini and sourced through Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Ocean.io.
Data is centralised and enriched in Clay, layered with signals from RB2B, Bambora, G2, and LinkedIn.
Sequences run through Smartlead, HeyReach, and Instantly.
Replies sync to HubSpot. Sales is notified in Slack.
5) AI Agent Orchestration
Handles replies and next steps
All replies are centralised in MasterInbox.
Clay and n8n determine scoring and response path.
AI classifies intent and drafts replies using OpenAI or Gemini.
Outcomes and attribution write back into HubSpot or Attio.
6) CRM Activation System
Keeps CRM clean and drives reactivation.
Contacts sync via HubSpot, Attio, and n8n.
Emails and phone numbers are verified through ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, Kickbox, and Twilio Lookup.
Records are enriched using Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, People Data Labs, and Crunchbase.
Lead intelligence is layered from Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and Google.
Scoring triggers lifecycle playbooks and alerts in HubSpot, Attio, and Slack. That’s what connected GTM means in 2026.
Not more tools.
Fewer gaps.
Signals become actions.
Actions get recorded automatically.
Nothing resets each quarter.
