THE SHORT VERSION

Battlecards go stale within a quarter and then quietly get ignored. Regenerating them is a command rather than a project, so they stay current.

YOU GIVE ITOne competitor, or a list for batch mode.
YOU GET BACKPositioning, strengths, weaknesses, pricing, objection handling and win-loss patterns per competitor.

How it builds the card

It starts with their own story: positioning, pricing pages, launch announcements, the language they use about themselves. Then it goes to where customers speak instead of marketers, which is review sites, community threads and comparison pages, and looks for the patterns that repeat.

The gap between those two sources is the card. Where their marketing and their reviews disagree, that is usually where a deal is won.

Objection handling written against you

Generic battlecards fail because they list a competitor's weaknesses without saying what your rep should actually say next. Every objection here comes back with a response built from your own playbook, your own proof and your own pricing structure.

Batch mode

Run the whole competitive set in one go and get one card per competitor, in a consistent shape, so a rep can hold three of them in their head instead of learning three formats.

Why it gets rerun

Battlecards decay faster than anything else in sales enablement. A competitor reprices, ships a feature, or changes who they target, and the card is quietly wrong. Because this is a command rather than a project, regenerating the set is a five minute job at the start of a quarter.

NEXT STEP

Run this one inside
your own team.

We install it trained on your ICP, your offers and your data. One call to work out whether it is the right one to start with.
