A company hiring its first RevOps lead has already decided the problem is real and funded. That is a stronger signal than anything they say on their website, and it is public.
Three things, and they are worth separating. Headcount growth means capacity pressure. A brand new function means a problem that used to be nobody's job now has an owner and a budget. And the wording of the responsibilities section is often the clearest statement of a company's operational pain you will ever get for free.
The skill returns all three rather than just the fact that a company is hiring, because the third one is what makes an opener specific.
Results are pulled from several sources and merged, because no single board covers every market evenly. Regional coverage varies enough that a search against one source will quietly miss half the market in some geographies. Each result is tagged with where it came from so you can see that happening.
It does not contact anyone, and it does not apply your ICP for you. It returns the hiring picture for a query and a region. Deciding which of those companies is worth a campaign is the scoring skill's job, and writing to them is the copy skill's.
Skills compound. These are the ones we usually install alongside it.
