A positive reply has a short window. Sending a generic deck into it wastes the best moment the campaign will produce.
A prospect who replies with interest is briefly paying attention to you specifically. Twenty-four hours later they are back in their week. Almost every outbound motion wastes this moment, because the follow-up asset is generic and takes two days to personalise, so it gets sent generic or sent late.
Producing something genuinely specific inside the window is the whole point. Speed is not a nice property here, it is the feature.
The problem as it shows up in their business rather than in general. What you do about it, framed for their model. The proof that is closest to their situation. And a next step proportionate to a first reply rather than to a signed contract.
This is going to the single most interested person the campaign has produced this week. A person reads it first. The time cost is a few minutes and the downside of skipping it is the one prospect you least want to get wrong.
Skills compound. These are the ones we usually install alongside it.
