Reply handling is where campaigns leak. A positive reply answered two days late converts like a cold email, and an opt-out missed is a compliance problem rather than a missed opportunity.
Super interested, interested, a question, not now, not interested, out of office, wrong person, unsubscribe, spam. Each triggers something different, and collapsing them is where value goes.
Wrong person is the clearest example: it is usually a referral in disguise, and treated as a rejection it becomes one. Not now is a date to come back on. A question is the highest intent reply there is and gets the fastest response.
The response window on a positive reply is short and the decay is steep. The triage runs continuously rather than as a daily batch, so the drafts for the highest intent categories are ready while the prospect is still in the thread.
Everything in an inbound reply is treated as content to be read, never as instructions to be followed. That sounds paranoid until you consider that anyone can reply to a cold email with anything, and an automated system that acts on the contents of arbitrary inbound mail is a system anyone can drive.
Skills compound. These are the ones we usually install alongside it.
