Hey there, Matteo here 👋
I just got back from Sculpt, Clay’s private event that brought together some of the sharpest minds in GTM, RevOps, and AI-powered sales.
It was more than just an event. It felt like the beginning of something big.
I got to meet in person so many leaders I’ve admired and collaborated with online for months, including Kareem, Varun, and the entire Clay team.
And the energy? 🔥
This wasn’t another SaaS meetup. It was a glimpse into the future of go-to-market.
My biggest takeaways from Sculpt
- GTM is moving toward full-stack systems, not piecemeal hacks.
- Outbound is the entry point, but the real value comes after the first reply (whatever channel they come from)
- Workflows are the new pipelines.
- Clay is not a data tool anymore. It’s becoming a GTM Operating System.
- In 5 years, every B2B team will use Clay in some form. (That’s Kareem’s goal, and I believe him.)
- Data is power. The more context you have, the more relevant you are.
- Silos kill revenue. The best teams unify marketing, sales, RevOps, and CX around the same data.
- Volume is fine, if it’s relevant volume.
- AI is changing execution, but humans still steer the strategy.
Coming Thursday: 🔓 The Clay GTM OS Breakdown
I’m dropping a full Notion Lead Magnet on LinkedIn this Thursday:
📘 A complete breakdown of Clay’s 6 new features, and how they’re redefining outbound, enrichment, sequencing, and intent.
Inside, I’ll unpack:
- Audiences → Dynamic, auto-updating TAM lists
- Claygent Builder + Connector → Custom AI agents with external workflows
- Sculptor → AI-built outbound workflows from a single prompt
- Sequencer → Clay’s native multichannel outreach tool
- Web Intent → Behavioural data that reveals real-time buying signals
This isn’t just a features list.
It’s a full strategic breakdown of what these tools mean for B2B companies building their next-gen GTM engines.
Want it before Thursday?
I’m releasing the lead magnet officially this Thursday…
…but if you want early access, just reply to this email with “CLAY” and I’ll send it your way.
(Spoiler: this is the GTM cheat sheet I wish I had 12 months ago.)
