Pre-Call Prep

Never walk into a call cold, even at ten calls a day.

[pre-call-prep]Leave your work email and Claude writes your version of this skill from your domain, against your ICP, your offers and your market. We send it over when it is built.
PERSONALISED INSTANTLY · NO CALL REQUIRED
EXAMPLE RUN
[pre-call-prep]Reading today's calendar. 4 demos foundPulling email history, campaign, notes and tags per leadAdding fresh company and person research4 briefs ready as a table. One lead has an open objection from March.
THE SHORT VERSION

Most prep failures are not laziness, they are timing. Nobody digs through a CRM at 8:55 for a 9:00 call. Running it once in the morning covers the whole day.

YOU GIVE ITA person, or nothing at all for today's whole calendar.
YOU GET BACKConversation history, campaigns, notes and tags joined with fresh web research. Bulk mode returns a scannable table.

Internal history first

Before it touches the web, the skill assembles what you already know: every email in the thread, which campaign the lead came from, notes left by whoever spoke to them last, tags, and any objection raised and never resolved. Most bad calls are not caused by missing external research. They are caused by not knowing what your own company already said to this person.

Then the outside layer

On top of that it adds fresh company and person research so the call can open on something current. Recent announcements, role changes, anything the buyer has published.

Two modes

Given a person, it returns a full written brief. Given nothing, it reads the day's calendar, filters out internal meetings, and returns every external call as a table you can scan in under a minute.

The bulk mode is the one that changes behaviour. Prep fails on timing rather than willingness: nobody digs through a CRM at 8:55 for a 9:00 call. Running it once with coffee covers the whole day.

What lands in the brief

Who is on the call and what each of them owns
The full thread history in order, with the last message highlighted
Any open objection or unanswered question from a previous conversation
Two or three things worth asking, based on what has actually happened since
NEXT STEP

Run this one inside
your own team.

We install it trained on your ICP, your offers and your data. One call to work out whether it is the right one to start with.
